Terms and Conditions
Each Client/Exhibitor must comply with the below Specific and the General terms and conditions provided.
VEHICLE EXHIBITOR:
1. Registration: By registering for the AUTO LIVE, the vehicle exhibitor agrees to abide by all terms and conditions set forth by the organiser.
2. Display: The vehicle exhibitor is responsible for the setup, appearance, and maintenance of their vehicle throughout the duration of the show.
3. Safety and Security: vehicle exhibitors are responsible for the security of their vehicles and any personal belongings. The organiser are not liable for any damage, loss, or theft.
4. Conduct: Vehicle exhibitors must conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards other participants, attendees, and event staff. Any disruptive behaviour may result in expulsion from the show.
5. Insurance and Liability: vehicle exhibitors are required to have valid insurance coverage for their vehicles. The organizers are not liable for any accidents, damage, or injuries that may occur during the event.
6. Photography and Media: By participating in the car show, vehicle exhibitors grant the organisers the right to use photographs or videos of their vehicles for promotional purposes.
7. Judging and Awards: The decisions of the judges are final. vehicle exhibitors must accept the results of the judging process with respect and sportsmanship.
8. Clean-up: Vehicle exhibitors are responsible for cleaning up any trash or debris left around their display area before leaving the event.
9. Compliance with Laws: Vehicle exhibitors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding their vehicles, including but not limited to registration, insurance, and modifications.
10. Termination: The organiser reserve the right to terminate the participation of any car owner who violates these terms and conditions or engages in any behaviour deemed inappropriate or detrimental to the event.
11. Changes to the Event: The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, layout, or any other aspect of the event as necessary. Car owners will be notified of any significant changes.
12. Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather or other emergencies, the organiser will not be held liable for any costs incurred by car owners.
13. Refunds: Registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organiser. No refunds will be provided for any other reasons.
14. Indemnification: Vehicle Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the organiser, sponsors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in the event.
15. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the event takes place.
16. Agreement: By registering for the event, the vehicle exhibitor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions.
17. Contact Information: For any inquiries or concerns regarding these terms and conditions, vehicle exhibitor can contact the organiser at the provided contact information.
18. Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
19. Waiver: The failure of the organiser to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
20. Agreement Binding: These terms and conditions are binding upon the car owner and their representatives, successors, and assigns.
21. Amendments: The organiser reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Car owners will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the event constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
22. Communication: All official communications, notifications, and updates regarding the car show will be sent to the contact information provided by the car owner during registration.
23. Consent: By participating in the car show, the car owner consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by the organiser for the purposes of event administration and communication.
24. Interpretation: These terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain meaning, and any ambiguities shall not be construed against the drafter.
25. Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the car owner and the organisers regarding participation in the car show, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
By registering for the car show, the car owner acknowledges and agrees to all the terms and conditions outlined above. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the car owner's disqualification from the event and other appropriate actions as determined by the organizers.Terms and Conditions

The Client must only promote the products and services agreed and confirmed by the organiser. No sampling is allowed. No alcohol consumption is permitted.

No Vendor is permitted to trade and to promote brands and/ or companies which conflict with official sponsors, events or event partners of the events.

No materials, display items, waste materials or objects owned by the Vendor are to be placed outside the confines of the vehicle/ stall.

Vendor and/ or his/ her exhibit or vehicle/s must remain static for display unless under exceptional circumstances and following direction from the organiser.

Vendor shall be responsible for any damage to but not limited to event infrastructure, buildings, footpaths, pavement etc.

Dangerous or harmful merchandise are banned. Any Vendor not complying with this condition will be removed from the Event.

Each Vendor is required to keep the site surrounding the vehicle/ stall clean at all times and must remove all waste and garbage from the surrounding event site.

Unless paid and specified on the Event Agreement and Order Form, no electricity will be supplied by the Organiser.

All electrical appliances and equipment used at the stall and the vehicle must have a current tag showing it has been tested by qualified electricians or plumbers.

The vendor acknowledges that the event is a public event and no parties including but not limited to the organiser, its contractor/s, the venue, associated authorities and stakeholders to be held responsible for any damage/s and issues to any stall, exhibit, vehicle and products.

The vendor must pay All fees stated in the agreement as per strict schedule to secure participation. Failure to do so the organiser has all rights to replace with other vendor. Vendor also acknowledges that ALL fees are non-refundable.

Each Vendor must only use the provided Point of Sale and/ or Merchant (EFTPOS) terminal device/s supplied by the organiser and agrees that the charge is 1% from the total merchant amount. Vendor agrees to prioritise and to promote the use of merchant/ EFTPOS payment than cash to customers for security reason of the event.

Each Vendor is responsible under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 and its regulations to ensure the health, safety and well being of all who come in contact with the vehicle/ stall site.

Each Vendor must comply with all relevant laws, Australian Standards, regulations and guidelines that are applicable to the Event including Work Health & Safety legislation and food safety requirements set by council where the event locates and the vendor operates.

The Vendor is responsible for the safety of staff, crew, suppliers, other agents involved; for their own personal security and property; for their own cash handling management; for any injury or damage to person or property that occurs during the event/s which arises from the Vendor’s own fault, act or omission.

If any strike, act of God, inclement weather, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of you or us, which prevents the Vendor from occupying the Site for the licence period in full or in part, then it will be at the risk of the Vendor, and the Organiser will not be obliged to refund any part of the Fee to the Vendor.

The Organiser accepts no responsibility for any damage or injury to any Vendor’s personnel, equipment or property before, during or after the Event. The Vendor releases the Organiser and any other agents involved, from any claims, actions or losses arising from the Vendor’s own fault, act or omission during participation in the event/s.

Terms and Conditions
This Media Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the organizer, and the undersigned Media Representative ("Media").
1. Media Coverage: Media agrees to provide photography, videography, social media coverage, and other media services during the event and permits the organiser to post, repost and publish on any media format including but not limited to print, digital, broadcast and/ or social medias.
2. Ownership of Materials: Media agrees to submit all photos, videos, and other materials captured during the event to the Organiser for promotional and archival purposes.
3. Marketing and Promotion: Media agrees to actively market and promote the event through their platforms by sharing, tagging, and creating content to inform the public about the event.
4. License: Media grants the Organiser a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the media materials provided for promotional purposes related to the event.
5. Exclusivity: Media agrees that any content created during the event shall not be used for any competing events or promotions without the prior written consent of the Organiser.
6. Representations and Warranties: Media represents and warrants that they have the necessary rights and permissions to provide the media materials and that the content does not infringe upon any third-party rights.
7. Indemnification: Media agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the media materials provided or the marketing and promotion activities conducted by Media.
8. Term and Termination: This Agreement shall commence on the date of signing and continue until the completion of the AUTO LIVE event unless terminated earlier by mutual agreement or for breach of terms.
9. Confidentiality: Media agrees to keep any confidential information disclosed by the Organiser during the event confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
10. Compliance with Laws: Media shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations while performing their duties at the event.
11. Relationship of Parties: It is understood that Media is an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, or agent of the Organiser.
12. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW.
13. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
14. Amendment: Any modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
